Manage Your Own Backyard: How Boundaries Improve Relationships
As the saying goes, “Good fences make good neighbors.” In this workshop, we’ll identify how boundaries won’t hurt, but help build and improve relationships. If you have ever struggled to say “no” or had people in your life who don’t respect it when you do, then this evening is for you. This is a workshop! We will break out into groups of 3 for practice exercises.
