These groups are smaller in size, giving Valley Women a safe place to explore the faith and learn from God’s word and his people. This fall, we are excited to have 5 different groups, including one on ZOOM, studying the New Testament book of Mark together.

Our text: Jesus the King (Study Guide) & Jesus the King (book - optional), by Timothy Keller

Groups begin the week of January 15th, take off for spring break (Mar 13- 17), and end in April, but you are welcome to join any time!

Books are available from your facilitator or on the church book table in the sanctuary for $10.

In this 9-session Bible study guide, Jesus the King, Timothy Keller will help us discover the most influential man to ever walk the earth … Jesus. His story has been told in hundreds of different ways for thousands of years. What more can be said about this man?

Timothy Keller will help us unlock new insights into the life of Jesus Christ as he explores how Jesus came as a king, but a king who had to bear the greatest burden anyone ever has.  Jesus the King Study Guide helps us discover the life of Christ as told in the Gospel of Mark.

Keller shows how the story of Jesus is at once cosmic, historical, and personal, calling each of us to look anew at our relationship with God. It is an unforgettable study of Jesus Christ, and one that will leave an indelible imprint on our journey through the Gospel of Mark.
